Returns

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, SUBTL. Beauty gladly accepts returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If applicable, we’ll provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.

Return processing at our warehouse can take up to 5 business days. Once your return is received and processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed on our end. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong shade or want to swap for something else? No problem.

We now offer exchanges on all products within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are unused or gently used.
